By using Waveyn, you agree to:

• Not engage in fraudulent activities.
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the Platform.
• Respect privacy rights of other users.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these terms.

• Waveyn allows Google login only, managed securely via Auth0.
• No Facebook or LinkedIn authentication is currently supported.

• Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
• No refunds will be issued unless required by law.

All content, logos, and trademarks on Waveyn are the property of Waveyn Networks Private Limited. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from platform use.
• Users assume full responsibility for interactions on the Platform.

• India: Governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related laws.
• USA: Compliant with CCPA, COPPA.
• EU: Compliant with GDPR.

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India. Courts in Bangalore, India will have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from services offered by Waveyn Networks Pvt Ltd.

• Users can request account deletion at any time.
• Waveyn may suspend or delete accounts violating our policies.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
